Returned Merchandise

Any merchandise returned without the RMA# number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see complete policy below.

The return of a non-defective item

All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box.  Returns to be authorized,  must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.     Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold.

A 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other prior arrangements have been made with 

Because all Sunbrella orders are built to order, should any cancelation of umbrellas with the "Special Order Sunbrella Fabrics" are subject to a 25% restocking fee. (no Exceptions) Once an order is pick up and in transit and the Order was canceled after the fact, Customer will also occure shipping charges both ways. (to and from the delivery address)

All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellation acknowledged by prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above..

No returns will be allowed if shipped by truck line, unless buyer pays freight both ways. Warranty service from the manufacturer's field warranty service centers is how these defective products will be handled or repaired. All orders must be inspected at time of delivery and damaged items must be refused at time of delivery. If customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. We do not buy back used umbrellas,so if your umbrella has been setup and used you own it.



All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help when order is delivered. Items that declare "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" are for the contiguous 48 states only. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some extremely remote areas of the country.

Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. is not responsible for these occurrences. Any Shortage or damage To Shipped items should be Reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.  We will assist you in anyway possible.

All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual cost.

Warranty does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited. Warranty coverage is at the discretion of the manufacture-Not Factory Direct. Warranty does not cover umbrellas with wind damage or damage by misuse.

We try very hard to quickly answer questions about products before the sale. If you are uncertain about a product please ask, We want to make sure that what you buy is what you need and what will actually work for you. If you buy a product and change your mind about it later and want to return it,We have to charge a re-stocking fee and we can only accept returns on unused items still sealed in the carton and NEVER SETUP.  We can only make refunds for 14 days after the purchase through paypal or any other merchent services that we may use. We do not refund the shipping ( Shipping in included on most Items,But if the product is returned we use a factor to be reembused for the cost of getting the product to you usually $75.00-$89.00 for umbrellas without a base) YOU MUST pay return shipping unless the reason for the return is deffective. Please contact Us first for instructions before returning anything. If we are not expecting something to come back, We do not sign for any deliverys without a R/A # writen on the carton.  We won't know what to do with it if it actually makes it to Us. Most packages are shipped Factory direct from the manufacturer and simply mailing something back to them won't get you a refund.  If there is a problem with a product, please contact Us so we can work something out. Most items are covered by the manufactures warranty.
